Pablo Díaz Carrera
Bachelor of Law at the University of Oviedo. Practicing lawyer since 2007. His first steps were at a family law firm in Oviedo where he gathered a lot of expertise in private law (family law and succession law), as well as in criminal and penitentiary law. After working for CyM Abogados Law Firm, where he continued to specialize in the above mentioned branches, he joined GdP Legal where he acts as criminal and civil lawyer.
He offers legal counseling to private clients as his expertise in classical family law (individual rights, family rights, property rights, successions, obligations…) and criminal law allows him to provide the highest level of service meeting the needs of each client for legal advice.
He acts as counsel for the Spanish Civil Guard Association (AEGC) and he is in charge of defending the AEGC members both in criminal court and in internal disciplinary investigations. He is also a member of the Court of Arbitration of Oviedo and estate partitioner at the Bar Association of Oviedo.
He is active in institutional law, being a deputy in the Governing Board of the Bar Association of Oviedo and the responsible of the Deontology and Law Fees Committee. He is one of the main litigating lawyers of our law firm with regular presence in the court without the country.
